Adjustment of a gap of valves

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the air filter, to mark and disconnect wires of high voltage from the distributor of ignition and spark plugs.
2. To uncover a head of the block of cylinders, having unscrewed ten bolts of its fastening (as it should be, the return shown on rice. Order of tightening of bolts of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders).
3. To unscrew spark plugs for simplification of a provorachivaniye of a bent shaft of the engine.
4. To turn a bent shaft (in the direction of its working rotation) before installation of a cam of the checked valve up.
5. By means of the probe to check a gap between a pusher and a cam of this valve (see rice. Check of gaps of valves). The gap measured in a cold condition of the engine between a core of the valve and its pusher has to make 0,20 mm for the inlet valve and 0,25 mm for final.
6. In case of need it is necessary to adjust a valve gap, having unscrewed a lock-nut and as appropriate turning a bolt of adjustment of a gap (3) (see rice. Adjustment of a gap of valves).
7. To check similarly and if necessary to adjust gaps of other valves.
8. After check and adjustment of gaps of valves to establish a head cover with new laying and to tighten the corresponding moments ten bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders in the order shown on rice. Order of tightening of bolts of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
9. To screw up new spark plugs.
10. To connect wires of high voltage to the distributor of ignition and spark plugs.
11. To install the air filter.
